To age healthily, there is no way to get beyond a good diet. The Mediterranean diet has proven to be one of the healthiest, anti-inflammation and glucose-lowering diets to consume. It includes healthy omega 3 oils, moderate wine consumption, lean protein and a low-sugar diet.


Exercise should include both aerobic, fast walking or running to increase heart rate, and weight training to preserve muscle mass. This should be done for about 30 minutes, 4-5 days per week.
